Payments and Pricing
Prices for sessions, packages, promotions, and other services are listed on the website or provided at the studio and are subject to change at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law. However, price changes will not affect services or packages already purchased unless clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
The new client special is currently offered at $79 per session with a stated regular value of $299, subject to change or discontinuation at any time.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Square or other approved providers. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and certain digital wallet payments where available.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability, and the full session fee may still apply.
Packages, Promotions, and Refunds
Package purchases, promotional offers, and discounted services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by Sacramento RedLight Therapy.
Unused sessions from a package may, at our discretion, be transferred to another individual only with prior approval from our staff. Promotional offers may have separate terms, expiration dates, limitations, or eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions, specials, and package offerings at any time.
Text, Email, and Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that Sacramento RedLight Therapy may contact you regarding appointments, scheduling, service updates, studio information, and, where permitted, promotional communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for text messaging depending on your carrier plan.
You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email and may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to a message.
